You simply observe; witnessing life unfold from moment to moment instead of getting lost inside your head worrying over every little detail – which leads to anxiety and frustration (and self-doubt).

Whenever you feel stressed out, anxious, or overwhelmed, try taking some deep breaths to calm yourself down and center in on what really matters most at that moment. Focus on the sensation of breathing into your lower abdomen (just below the belly button). Feel it rise and fall with each breath. Breathe in through your nose, filling up all available space inside your lungs before exhaling slowly through pursed lips.
Repeat affirmations to rewire your mind.
